17 months after harvest, Carmelita Malbec 2010 was safely bottled on the 20th September 2011. Using a state of the art mobile bottling line the process was completed in just a few hours.
Bottling took place without any fining or filtering, in order to preserve the structure, colour and aroma of the wine, and without adding any preservatives.
Our newly designed labels were carefully affixed by hand later that week.
The wine will soon be making its way to Buenos Aires and from there on its long ocean journey to the UK. We’re eagerly awaiting its arrival!
